Even if you live in Canada, your business is very important to us. Our location, as the northern-most Acura dealer in Washington State makes us the premier destination to find an Acura for you to bring back home to Canada. Although we cannot sell you brand new Acura, we have some low mile Acura Demonstrator Vehicles that are available, as well as a variety of Pre-Owned Acura's and non-Acura's.
Acura of Lynnwood makes the process of importing a Pre-Owned vehicle into Canada very easy. Regardless if you live in Delta, Vancouver, Victoria or places further out, we will provide you with the proper paperwork, and send all the necessary documents to the border in preparation of your arrival. We will provide you with:
- Letter of Recall Clearance
- Title
- Purchase Order (Buyer's Order)
- 3-Day Trip Permit
- US Border Worksheet (filled out completely)
- Odometer Statement
We will make sure the US Border receives the proper paperwork via email ahead of time. They will contact us back and give us the date at which you can bring your vehicle through. The US Border will allow you to bring your vehicle through from Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. (Except Holidays).
We will arrange your paperwork so there will be no confusion between the US requirements, the Canadian requirements, and the superfluous documents.
We can FedEx paperwork to your residence if you decide not to inspect the vehicle ahead of time. Payment must be made via wire transfer, and the funds must have time to clear both accounts before you can take delivery. The US Border waiting period usually is longer than the time it takes for the funds to clear. This is typically 3 business days.
