I was delighted by the way I was taken care of in a no nonsense way by Jay Han at Acura of Lynnwood. The gentleman is a total professional, and i would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. All my questions were answered quickly and courteously I got to the dealership to pick up the car it was ready to go as was my paperwork. Painless. I will not hesitate to do business with him again, and would recommend him most highly to anyone wanting to have a painless dignified car buying experience...

This is based on my experience buying a 2012 MDX from Acura of Lynnwood. My experience buying cars is fairly limited- this is my third car, the first being another Acura from another dealership and the second being a BMW. All were new.
Based on that, I have to say the experience buying a car here was very, very good. I'd already decided I wanted an MDX before contacting this dealership. I contacted them through the Acura website, got a quick response from Jay Han, and Jay lead me through a pain- and hassle-free buying process. I traded in an RDX, and was given good prices for both the trade-in and the MDX and had no need to negotiate. Jay's a real no-bullshit but also ultra-polite guy and I couldn't have been happier with the experience.
Despite this dealership being pretty far from my house, I'm certainly going to be going back there for my next Acura.

Recently purchased a 2012 MDX. Worked with Jay Han from their internet dept. Very straight forward and friendly experience. Explained what we wanted and got options and suggestions from Jay. Came to a painless agreement on price and trade in value. Absolutely zero car dealer games from Jay H. or Jay in finance which is very much appreciated. I had reached out to several other dealers who were overly aggressive and started working me right away.
Would go back to Acura of Lynnwood and have already shared positive experience with friends and family.

I still had 8 months ago to go on my TSX lease when the Acura dealer I previously dealt with called me to come in because they had 'special' deal for current lease customers, then wasted my time. I was in no rush to do a deal, but I emailed Acura of Lynnwood asking about their 2011 TSXs and what they could do for me. I got prompt emails from Keo over the weekend, and then spoke with him Monday morning. He gave me a figure, I said it wouldn't work for me now, maybe over the winter, and then he asked what I would pay now, I told him, and he called me back to say we had a deal. I traded cars and drove it off that night. They were $1,500 cheaper than Acura of Seattle for the same car. They could not have been any more pleasant and accommodating to work with. They act like they want to create long-term repeat customers and look beyond just the current deal, which is refreshing for the car industry. My wife and I have now bought Acuras from Lynnwood, Bellevue, and Seattle. There is nothing wrong with Bellevue, except they make no bones about their prices being higher; they don't honor the Acura national promotions without additional mark-up. Seattle got a new general manager since my prior transaction and now employs all of the stereotypical car dealer tricks; they don't compete on price or service. So, from now on, our Acura shopping will be done at Lynnwood.

Had a very satisfying experience with acura of lynnwood. Purchased the vehicle I wanted for roughly the price I expected. Geoff Hoskins was my salesperson and he did a nice job of getting us to an agreement with the dealership on a reasonable price. I was very happy with my car buying experience at Acura of Lynnwood. I purchased a new ZDX, which they brought up as a dealer trade from Portland for me. Originally I was going to get the car the next day and they were going to give me a loaner car while they cleaned it up and got it ready to go. But when I expressed my desire to have the car that evening, they made it happen and I drove away around 9:15PM with my beautiful new car. I feel I got a fair deal on the price and they gave me what I asked for my trade in.
It was a pleasure to work with Chris. The whole experience was very low pressure and he was very patient with me, as I also test drove the MDX to compare the two cars. He was also extremely helpful in getting me set up in my new car and showing me all the cool features. He took me around to all the different departments and introduced me to everyone. They were all very friendly and eager to please.
I have had so many horrible experiences with car dealerships that I was expecting more of the same when I walked in the door. I was pleasantly surprised.
I would definitely recommend checking out Acura of Lynnwood - and ask for Chris!

I can't say enough postive things about Acura of Lynnwood. I've only worked with their service department, but everyone there is GREAT.
A few weeks ago, my girlfriend brought her RSX in for some routine service. When she got it back, she noticed it had been scratched by the car wash their (not automated). There were fine swirls all over the car. This is not typical of Acura of Lynnwood, so she called Charles, the Service Manager, and he invited her to bring the car back for Acura of Lynnwood to perform an exterior detail to remove the scratches. After the detail, the car looked PERFECT. It was like a brand new car! Charles went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top-notch.
I recommend this service department as the best in the Seattle area. (I've been to them all.) Excellent, excellent, excellent.

My Review of Acura of Lynnwood:
My experience with Acura of Lynnwood was certainly a positive experience. I found the car that I wanted on Autotrader and gave the dealership a call. I expected some back and forth in terms of negotiations over the phone, but was offered a price that other dealerships couldn't compete with right off the bat. It was to the point where other sales reps from other dealerships told me to buy from Acura of Lynnwood. The lack of haggling to get a good price was great.
Service was very good. I was buying a used TSX and was treated professionally and made very comfortable throughout the purchasing experience. It certainly felt like the car I was purchasing had no relevance on the quality of service I was going to receive which is not the case for all dealerships (new vs used or flagship vs entry level).
There were some hiccups due to the circumstances of my purchase (which is beyond the scope of this review) that I think could have been handled a bit more smoothly/cleanly, but it all worked out in a timely manner and communication was well maintained.
One thing that I was surprised by was that not all of the memory from the car hand been erased (Navigation addresses, phone number memory, calendar appointments) and security could have been better which is why Quality of Work is not a 5.
All in all, this experience has been near the top in my car purchasing history and would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

My Review of Acura of Lynnwood:
Everytime I go into Acura I am greeted with a friendly smile. The people there are always very nice. I have bought 5 cars from them and I go back because of the great service and the reliability of the cars. The sales team is wonderful and not pushy. They tell u honestly what they can do for u. The service dept is great as well. If ever I have issue they provide me with a loaner and go over every charge so I know what I'm paying for. Kudos to u. Acura of lynnwood.
